Peter Elliott is an admitted Barrister and Solicitor from New Zealand who has been legal counsel for a division of Trafalgar House based in the United Kingdom and subsequently the USA Director and Company Secretary of Lakeland Properties Limited, a listed company in New Zealand and in more recent years has specialized in corporate administration.

Chief Executive of a large Corporate Management Group in Hong Kong for five years and subsequently a group Company Director in 1995 he established The Exemplar Group that has grown to have a significant involvement in business consultancy and in IT, particularly the development and implementation of software solutions for corporate administration.

Because of his training and experience, Peter has taken a particular interest in the development sale and support of statutory administration and electronic document storage products that are solutions or professional firms, MNC's and listed companies as well as consulting with them in the areas of administration and corporate governance.

Peter has successfully grown the client base so that it now includes the largest of the accounting and law practices, public companies, banks, Government Linked Corporations and Multinationals. The Exemplar Group now operates through out the Asia/Pacific region and Peter is based in Singapore.

Jeffrey Green
(Non-Executive Director)

Jeffrey Green has over 26 years of management and commercial experience within the mining industry and has been a Kalgoorlie entity for a significant number of years. He has held non-executive directorships on a number of publicly listed resource companies and has been actively involved in the acquisition and negotiation of mining assets.

His successful commercial career has included the establishment and operation of a drilling company in WA. He further went on to establish and successfully develop the company of Power West Pty Ltd, which comprised of three divisions being power stations, mining dewatering and general hire equipment, all servicing the mining industry. Power West grew to be the third largest mining dewatering contractor in Australia and Coates Hire has subsequently purchased the dewatering and general hire divisions. Jeffrey retains the Power Generation division, which records considerable growth in the market place, both nationally and internationally, under his leadership.

Jeffrey brings with him significant knowledge and vision as a result of his extensive experience in the strategic development and leadership of a large company together with his broad based background in the resources arena.

Vladimir Nikolaenko

Vladimir Nikolaenko has over thirty years of commercial experience in exploration, project evaluation, development and operations predominantly focused in the gold, precious and base metals sectors. He has a depth of management and corporate expertise in the operation of public companies and has held the position of Director/Managing Director of a number of public companies involved in exploration, property development and technology over a period of some twenty years.

Gary Stokes
(Chief Executive Officer)

Gary Stokes brings a wealth of experience in mining projects having been a senior executive at the Department of Industry and Resources where he was responsible for managing government involvement in all major mining and infrastructure projects including the management of all State Agreements for major mining operations throughout the State.

He has had extensive international trade and investment experience working in markets such as China, India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, European Union, USA, Middle East and South East Asia. He was a member of the negotiation team for the Australia - US Free Trade Agreement.

Mr Stokes also has run a number of business/marketing consultancy operations and briungs a strong commercial focus to the company as well as a unique blend of international and mining relevant experience.

Mr Stokes holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Justice of the Peace and in a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
